Hi there, all I have been looking inward to the Vineyard Church and I am currently a Youth Pastor within the Methodist Church and really would like to connect with some of the Vineyard Pastors, to be accountable and walk with.
I have spent some time with Costa and I'm so excited to be on theis journey. I want to equip myself for the next 3/4 yrs before I do the Plant, but need some guidance and insight as to the area's I can start doing now. The area's I must watch, etc.
Any comments and advise from all you fathers in the ministry.
